Jubilee Asset Management Posts Triple-Digit Growth in FY2025 Performance

Jubilee Asset Management Limited (JAML), a wholly owned subsidiary of Jubilee Holdings Limited, has reported a strong financial performance for the year ended December 31, 2025, posting triple-digit growth across key financial indicators, including Assets Under Management (AUM), revenue, and profitability.

The company recorded a historic 150 per cent improvement in Profit Before Tax (PBT), marking a KES 87 million turnaround from the previous year to post a Profit Before Tax of KES 30 million.

This significant profitability swing reflects the firm’s strengthened operational efficiency and improved financial performance amid a dynamic investment landscape.

Revenue Rises by 131 Per cent

JAML’s revenues rose by 131 per cent to KES 415 million, driven by strong growth in Assets Under Management and improved fund performance.

The company attributed the revenue growth to increasing investor confidence and rising demand for its investment solutions, particularly among both retail and institutional investors.

This performance highlights the firm’s growing market presence and ability to attract and retain investors seeking stable and high-performing asset management services.

Assets Under Management (AUM) grew by 148 per cent to KES 22.1 billion in FY2025, up from KES 8.9 billion recorded in FY2024.

The sharp increase underscores strong investor confidence in Jubilee Asset Management’s portfolio offerings and reflects the continued appeal of its investment products in the market.

Currently, Jubilee Asset Management manages a combined KES 239 billion in assets across retail and institutional investors.

Jubilee Asset Management Chief Executive Officer Dominic Kiarie said the strong FY2025 performance reinforces the trust investors have placed in the company’s solutions.

Kiarie noted that the firm remains confident of sustaining its growth trajectory, supported by the strong foundation built since the current leadership team assumed office in December 2022.

“The strong FY2025 performance reinforces the continued confidence investors have placed in Jubilee Asset Management’s solutions,” he said.

Focus on Sustainable Long-Term Value

The FY2025 results reflect Jubilee Asset Management’s continued focus on sustainable growth, prudent financial management, and delivering long-term value to clients.

The company says it remains committed to strengthening its position in Kenya’s asset management sector while adapting to evolving market opportunities and investor needs.
