Jubilee Asset Management Opens Third Financial Advisory Centre in Nyali

Jubilee Asset Management Limited (JAML), a subsidiary of Jubilee Holdings, has inaugurated its third Financial Advisory Centre at Nyali Centre Mall in Mombasa County.

JAML step is a landmark event that confirms the company objective to grant tailored solutions to clients-Tana area a big step in the company by growth journey- The new centre intends to cater to the almost 1.5 million people living in Mombasa, whose population is expected to double by 2040 to 3.2 million, by the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS).

Mombasa, which is 4.9 per cent of Kenya’s GDP, has been a hotspot of trade and tourism, and it is now ready to diversify its economy. The CEO of JAML, Dominic Kiarie, stated that the main role of the center was to attract the manufacturing, technology, and agric-sectors.

“The next stage of economic development in the Mombasa area will be the one we ignite and facilitate,” he said when the center was opened by him.The services provided at the Nyali centre include one-on-one interactions, investment training, and client facilitation, which are open to different groups of people and institutions.

This is in the background that JAML has two centres in Nairobi at the Jubilee Exchange Building and The Chancery, and both were officially opened in June 2024. With the help of the JAMHub portal, which became functional in November 2024, JAML is working on the digital accessibility of the urban area apart from its on-the-ground presence.

This user-friendly platform is designed to grant investors the liberty to handle their account activity for the Jubilee Money Market Fund (KES & USD) as well as the Jubilee Fixed Income Fund (KES) efficiently and without troubles.

JAML has had steady progress and it currently manages more than KES 17 billion worth of retail investment funds and institutional funds, totaling around KES 212 billion of Assets Under Management.
