CS Ogamba assured that there is enough space in schools for the learners, noting that only a fewmaybe three to five students per schoolare still unreported.

The Cabinet Secretary further pointed out that the government had disbursed the first installment of capitation funds, which is 50% of the annual allocation, to ensure that schools run smoothly during the first term. Besides, he stated that by last Friday half of the Grade 10 textbooks were in schools, with the rest expected by the end of January.
