NCBA has officially opened a new branch in Ukunda, Kwale County, as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance customer banking solutions and foster economic growth in the region. This marks the bank’s second branch in Kwale County, strategically located in Diani to better serve the local population.
The new branch will provide a comprehensive suite of financial services designed to meet the diverse needs of individuals and businesses in the area. Services include digital banking, asset financing, personal and business loans, and advisory services aimed at supporting local entrepreneurs.

Kwale County Governor, H.E Fatuma Mohamed Achani, emphasized the importance of the new branch for local financial inclusion, stating, “This will greatly benefit local businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals, as it will provide easy access to financial services and support.”
