I&M Bank, a prominent commercial bank in Kenya, has unveiled a new card loyalty program, I&M Milele Rewards, in collaboration with Mastercard. The innovative program aims to revolutionize customer engagement by offering unmatched flexibility and value to debit and credit cardholders.

Building on the success of its previous cashback initiative, I&M Milele Rewards introduces a 100 percent payout rate, with every loyalty point equivalent to one Kenya Shilling. This marks the highest payout rate in Kenya, underscoring the bank’s commitment to delivering superior value to its customers.

The program enables cardholders to earn up to 2 percent cashback on their spending, with the reward rate increasing based on the card type and spending level. It extends beyond the basic cashback system, allowing users to redeem points for a variety of lifestyle and travel experiences. Customers can make bookings with over 1,650 global airline and hospitality partners or use their points for vouchers at local merchants across Kenya.

“This program is more than just a loyalty scheme,” said I&M Bank CEO Mr. Gul Khan at the launch event held at the bank’s Nairobi headquarters. “It’s a testament to our customer-centric approach. With the best payout rate in the country, I&M Milele Rewards offers tailored solutions that align with the diverse needs of our clients, enriching their banking and lifestyle experiences.”
