The Kenya Motor Industry Association (KMI) has officially announced the return of the NCBA-KMI Motor Show, scheduled for November 27 to 29, 2026, at the Sarit Expo Centre in Nairobi.

The highly anticipated automotive showcase returns after a four-year hiatus and is expected to bring together leading vehicle manufacturers, distributors, mobility innovators, businesses, industry professionals and motoring enthusiasts.

NCBA has committed Sh12 million as the title sponsor of the 2026 Motor Show, reinforcing the bank’s focus on supporting Kenya’s automotive sector and expanding access to vehicle and equipment financing.

The event will give automotive companies a platform to showcase new vehicles, technologies, and mobility solutions, while allowing consumers to interact directly with industry players and explore financing and vehicle ownership options.

Several automotive companies have already confirmed their participation. They include Mobikey, Isuzu, Tireworld, Tata Africa Holdings Kenya Ltd, Auto Express, Kingsway, ECTA Kenya Limited, CFAO, Simba Corp and Inchcape. More exhibitors and partners are expected to join ahead of the event.

The participating companies represent different parts of Kenya’s automotive industry, including vehicle manufacturers and distributors, tyre companies, automotive service providers and mobility businesses.

Speaking on the upcoming Motor Show, NCBA Group Managing Director John Gachora said the automotive industry is changing as consumer preferences, business needs and new mobility solutions continue to develop.

“Commanding over 30 per cent market share, NCBA has played a significant role in enabling vehicle ownership and business growth across multiple sectors of the economy. The NCBA-KMI Motor Show provides an important platform for understanding the trends shaping the future of mobility and allows us to continue supporting customers throughout their vehicle ownership journey with financing solutions tailored to their needs,” said Gachora

NCBA is Kenya’s leading asset finance bank and continues to be a key financing partner for individuals, SMEs and corporates seeking vehicle and equipment financing solutions. Through its extensive dealer partnerships and tailored financing offerings, the bank has established itself as the home of asset finance in Kenya.

Speaking at the event, KMI Chairman Arvinder Reel said the association is pleased to bring back the Motor Show following the previous edition. “This year, we are focused on creating an even stronger platform for exhibitors, partners and visitors to engage with the automotive sector, while allowing the public to explore new offerings and have meaningful conversations with industry players,” said Reel

Reel also welcomed NCBA as the title sponsor, saying the partnership highlights the role of financing in vehicle ownership and the wider mobility sector.

The Motor Show is expected to attract automotive professionals, businesses, enthusiasts and members of the public interested in the latest developments in Kenya’s motoring industry.

From 27th to 29th November, Sarit Expo Centre will become a destination for Kenya’s motoring community, offering experiences designed not only for automotive professionals and enthusiasts, but also for the wider public.

With the countdown officially underway, further announcements around participating brands, exhibitors, experiences and show highlights will be revealed in the weeks leading up to the event.
