Samsung Electronics East Africa has partnered with Housewives Paradise to launch the Samsung Brand Store, a direct-to-consumer online shopping platform aimed at expanding access to Samsung products across Kenya.
The new e-commerce platform, samsungbrandstore.co.ke, is operated by Housewives Paradise and powered by a dedicated technology and operations partner. It is designed to complement Samsung’s existing retail network by offering consumers exclusive products, enhanced digital shopping experiences and nationwide delivery.
The online store features exclusive Samsung products, including unique colour variants, selected device sizes and home appliances that are not available through traditional retail outlets. Customers can also purchase specially curated bundles combining flagship smartphones, wearables and home entertainment products at promotional prices.
To enhance customer experience, every home appliance purchased through the platform comes with Samsung’s Signature Service, providing certified installation, personalised support and priority after-sales assistance.
Samsung has also integrated WhatsApp conversational commerce into the platform, allowing shoppers to consult sales representatives, receive product recommendations and track their orders directly through the messaging application.
“Today, we take a monumental step forward in how Samsung connects with, serves, and delivers value to our consumers across Kenya,” stated Francis Modi, E-Commerce Manager at Samsung Electronics East Africa during the official launch keynote. “Today, we officially open the digital doors to the Samsung Brand Store, redefining the e-commerce landscape in East Africa.”
Beyond retail consumers, Samsung has introduced a dedicated Business-to-Business (B2B) portal to serve corporate organisations, SACCOs, educational institutions, healthcare providers and government agencies. The platform supports bulk procurement of devices while integrating enterprise security solutions through Samsung Knox Manage and Knox Guard.
The company said the online store is fully operational with a wide range of smartphones, smart home appliances and display products. Customers can make purchases using M-Pesa and major payment cards, with nationwide delivery supported by dedicated customer service teams.
Samsung added that the new platform reflects its commitment to strengthening digital commerce in Kenya by making its products more accessible while providing a seamless and secure online shopping experience for both individual consumers and institutional buyers.
