Wilstone Homes CEO Ejidio Kinyanjui Embarks on U.S. Tour to Woo Diaspora Investors
Ejidio Kinyanjui, the Chief Executive Officer of Wilstone Homes, has embarked on a strategic tour across the United States aimed at engaging the Kenyan diaspora and wooing American-based investors to explore real estate opportunities in Kenya. The tour is part of a broader initiative by the leading real estate developer to bridge the investment gap between the diaspora and Kenya’s booming housing sector.
Kinyanjui, a well-respected figure in the property development space, is expected to visit several major U.S. cities including Seattle, Atlanta, Dallas, and Oregon. His engagements will include town hall-style meetings, one-on-one consultations, and presentations highlighting Wilstone’s latest projects and affordable housing solutions. One of the major events is set for May 24 at Embassy Suites in Oregon, where he will address the community from 3 PM to midnight.
The tour comes at a time when interest in Kenyan real estate among diaspora communities is at an all-time high. Kinyanjui intends to capitalize on this momentum by showcasing Wilstone Homes’ track record of delivering high-quality, secure, and affordable housing developments. The firm has already completed over 15 residential projects, including the much-publicized White Park Gardens Phase 2 in Joska.
“The diaspora plays a critical role in Kenya’s economy, and we want them to see real estate not just as a financial investment, but as a path to legacy building and national development,” Kinyanjui said prior to his departure. “We are here to eliminate the fear and uncertainty that many in the diaspora feel about investing back home.”
In addition to showcasing current projects, Kinyanjui will emphasize Wilstone’s flexible payment plans, transparency, and title deed guarantees—factors that have made the company a preferred partner among Kenyan homebuyers.
The CEO hopes this tour will not only boost Wilstone’s visibility abroad but also foster long-term partnerships with diaspora investors. As Kenya’s real estate market continues to expand, Kinyanjui’s U.S. outreach could prove instrumental in opening new channels for international investment into the country’s housing sector
