The Hub Park Unveils Exclusive Offers for Its First Anniversary Celebration

The Hub Park is celebrating its first anniversary with a slate of exclusive offers and new attractions aimed at enhancing family entertainment.

Located within The Hub Karen Mall, the indoor park has unveiled a loyalty programme. Buy-One-Get-One-Free Thursdays, a 25% discount for toddlers on Tuesdays, and a new aerial-glider camera experience that allows guests to capture their flight across the park.

Speaking during the celebration, Margaret Mbaka, JCG Chairperson, said the milestone reflects the park’s commitment to creating a vibrant, inclusive space for families and the wider community.

“Celebrating the first anniversary of The Hub Park is a proud moment for us and a testament to the vision we set out to achieve—creating a vibrant, inclusive space where children, families, and the wider community can learn, play, and connect,” she said. “What began as an investment in enriching the mall experience has grown into a dynamic hub of activity serving families, schools and corporate groups in ways that exceeded our expectations.”

The Hub Park is the largest indoor family entertainment centre in East Africa, covering 3,200 square metres and accommodating up to 410 people inside its attractions and more than 1,000 guests within the facility. It features a mix of physical challenges, interactive games, virtual reality zones, climbing walls, trampolines, a foam dome, a net maze, toddler-friendly sections, and Kenya’s first air glider.

Jacobus Visser, The Hub Karen Mall Manager, praised the park’s role in transforming the mall experience.

“Hub Park has truly become the heartbeat of our mall—bringing joy to children, drawing more families through our doors, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere,” he said. “We are deeply grateful to the parents, visitors, and partners who have supported us, and we look forward to many more years of shared memories.”

Designed for year-round use, the park offers flexible packages suitable for group outings, school excursions, birthday parties, and family visits. Visitors can choose from four themed passes:

Explorer Pass – access to four attractions

Thrill-Seeker Pass – access to six attractions

Adventure Delight Pass – access to eight attractions

Ultimate Pass – unlimited, all-day access to the entire facility

The Hub Park also features themed party rooms, dining options, baby-changing facilities, ample parking, and up to three hours of free parking, making it a convenient and family-friendly destination.

Open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, The Hub Park continues to position itself as one of Nairobi’s premier indoor recreation centres, offering a year-round haven where play, relaxation, and community meet under one roof
