NCBA, a leading financial services provider in East Africa, has launched a comprehensive digital skills training initiative in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS), aiming to equip more than 3,000 employees with advanced technological competencies. This strategic collaboration underscores NCBA’s commitment to digital innovation within the financial sector.
The training program will utilize AWS’s extensive Training and Certification offerings, enabling NCBA to develop tailored educational content for its workforce. Courses will cover critical areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and Big Data Analytics, all delivered through AWS Digital Classroom by experienced virtual instructors.
John Gachora, NCBA’s Group Managing Director, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “We are excited to work with AWS to provide our employees with world-best practice-based training access.
