Over 80 Countries Confirm Participation in Rollball World Cup
More than 80 countries have confirmed their participation in the 7th edition of the Rollball World Cup, set to take place from 14th to 21st December in Dubai. The global tournament is expected to be one of the most competitive yet, drawing teams from across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Americas.
Kenya will enter the competition as the team to beat, with both the men’s and women’s national teams gearing up to defend the world titles they clinched during the previous edition held in India. The strong turnout underscores the growing popularity of the sport and sets the stage for high-intensity matchups.
Among the nations that have confirmed their participation are India, Iran, Senegal, Benin, England, Canada, Nepal, China Taipei, France, and the Netherlands, alongside many others. Organizers say the impressive number of entries is a testament to Rollball’s rapid international expansion and the sport’s increasing appeal among youth and professional athletes alike.
With Kenya aiming to retain its double crown, attention now turns to the teams’ final preparations as the countdown to the Dubai showdown continues.
