The Hub Karen Mall has announced the winners of its highly anticipated Shop and Win Campaign, which ran from November 30, 2024, to January 19, 2025, bringing smiles and excitement to lucky shoppers just in time for the new year.

The grand prize winner, Lucy Chege, walked away with a luxurious five-day family vacation to Mauritius for herself and three companions. The prize includes full-board accommodation, exclusive island tours, and return flights, offering Lucy and her family a dream getaway to one of the world’s most breathtaking destinations.

The second prize was claimed by Sharon Grace, who won an all-expenses-paid two-night getaway for two in Zanzibar, promising a serene escape filled with white sandy beaches and rich cultural experiences. Kelly Wairimu Davis secured the third prize—a Ksh. 150,000 shopping voucher redeemable at any of The Hub Karen’s outlets, making her shopping experience even more rewarding.

Speaking during the prize presentation, Jacobus Visser, The Hub Karen’s Mall Manager, expressed his gratitude to the participants and winners:

“We congratulate Lucy, Sharon, and Kelly on their win and thank them for their continued loyalty. We are grateful for their choice of The Hub Karen as their shopping destination. This campaign is our way of showing appreciation to all our customers for including us in their holiday season, and we look forward to creating even more memorable experiences in the future.”

The Shop and Win Campaign was designed to celebrate the festive season while rewarding loyal customers. To participate, shoppers simply had to spend a minimum of Ksh. 2,500 at any store within The Hub Karen, resulting in thousands of entries from enthusiastic customers.

In addition to the exciting giveaways, The Hub Karen announced the expansion of its retail offerings with the opening of two new stores:

Natural Lamu, an international skincare brand known for its natural, eco-friendly beauty products.

Mini Town Team, a retailer specializing in clothing and footwear for babies, toddlers, and teens.

These new additions join the mall’s impressive lineup of over 85 international brands, enhancing the diverse shopping experience for its customers.

Jacobus Visser welcomed the new stores, stating: “We are optimistic that the presence of these new retailers will not only boost our weekly foot traffic but will also broaden the range of high-end products that align with the aspirations of our diverse customer base.”

Renowned as Nairobi’s leading family entertainment and lifestyle destination, The Hub Karen continues to attract shoppers with its unique blend of retail, dining, and entertainment options. The mall also boasts The Hub Park, Kenya’s largest indoor family entertainment center, offering an array of fun activities for all ages.

With initiatives like the Shop and Win Campaign and continuous expansion of its retail mix, The Hub Karen reaffirms its commitment to providing exceptional shopping experiences while cementing its status as a premier shopping destination in Nairobi.
