I&M Bank Kenya has been certified as a Top Employer in Kenya for 2026 by the Top Employers Institute, reaffirming the bank’s commitment to building a high-performing and people-centred workplace. The recognition follows an independent assessment of the bank’s human resource practices against internationally benchmarked standards.
The Top Employer certification highlights I&M Bank’s focus on data-driven people strategies, independent validation, and workplace practices that support employee engagement, growth, and strong business performance. The Top Employers Institute, which operates in more than 125 countries and regions, is the global authority in HR certification, benchmarking, and advisory services.
Certification is awarded based on results from the HR Best Practices Survey, which evaluates organisations across six core areas: People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Wellbeing. I&M Bank’s performance across these domains placed it among leading organisations in Kenya recognised for excellence in employee support and development.
