The Co-operative Bank is on the hunt for dynamic and results-driven Direct Sales Representatives to spearhead its expansion efforts. The selected candidates will play a crucial role in growing the Sacco’s membership base, strengthening business relationships, and boosting product awareness through cross-selling and upselling.
Reporting to the Business Development Officer, the Direct Sales Representatives will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new members, generating leads, and promoting the Sacco’s diverse range of products and services. The role also involves conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the Sacco’s offerings while meeting set sales targets.
Who Can Apply?
To qualify, candidates must have:
A KCSE certificate or higher qualification.
At least two years of experience in sales, preferably in a Sacco, bank, or microfinance institution.
A proven track record in meeting sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
The ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and manage client relationships effectively.
