The prestigious award, presented by Africa Re, honours exceptional leadership and contributions to the growth and development of the insurance industry across the continent.
The annual ceremony, now in its tenth year, has become a benchmark for excellence in Africa’s insurance sector. Mr. Shah emerged as the winner from a highly competitive pool of nominees representing top-tier insurance executives from Kenya, Egypt, Côte d’Ivoire, Mozambique, Burkina Faso, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, and Tunisia.
