APA Insurance, APA Life Assurance and APA Microinsurance have reaffirmed their position as leaders in Kenya’s insurance sector after winning 13 awards from 15 entries at the 2026 Think Business Insurance Awards.
The recognition highlighted the Group’s excellence across key areas of the insurance industry, including product distribution and marketing, customer centricity, fraud detection, claims settlement, medical underwriting, product innovation, emerging risks, corporate social responsibility and major loss management.
APA Group also emerged among the top performers in the highly competitive categories of General Insurer of the Year and Life Insurer of the Year, further cementing its reputation for delivering innovative insurance solutions and customer-focused services.
