Samsung Opens Second Experience Store in Nairobi CBD

Samsung Electronics East Africa, in partnership with Megahub Connect Limited, has officially opened its second Samsung Experience Store in Nairobi, expanding access to the company’s latest technology and customer support services.

The new store, located at Cameo Building along Kenyatta Avenue in Nairobi’s Central Business District (CBD), builds on the success of Samsung’s first Experience Store at Hilton, which opened in 2024.

The new outlet is designed to provide consumers with an immersive retail experience where they can see, touch, test and experience Samsung products before making purchasing decisions. It features a broad selection of Galaxy smartphones, tablets, wearables, Galaxy Buds and other connected devices.

The store also showcases Samsung’s wider Galaxy ecosystem, demonstrating how different devices can connect and work together to create a seamless digital experience for consumers.

A key focus of the new outlet is Galaxy AI, with customers able to explore Samsung’s latest artificial intelligence-powered features through live demonstrations and guided sessions. The experiences are designed to help consumers understand how AI can support everyday tasks, improve productivity and simplify digital activities.

Speaking during the launch, Evelyn Munene, Head of Product and Marketing at Samsung Kenya, said the new store demonstrates the company’s commitment to improving customer experiences.

“We are delighted to mark this important milestone in our partnership with Megahub Connect. This opening reflects our commitment to serving our customers better by creating a space where they can experience Samsung technology first-hand, receive personalised guidance and find solutions that meet their everyday needs,” Munene said.

The store has been designed as a destination for product discovery, customer education and technical support. Interactive zones and product displays allow visitors to explore Samsung’s latest innovations while receiving guidance from trained staff.

Customers will also be able to access services including device setup, data transfers, feature guidance and software support, enabling them to make full use of their Samsung devices.

Timothy Karanja, Director at Megahub Connect Limited, said the store responds to growing consumer demand for technology that is accessible and easy to understand.

“Technology continues to evolve rapidly, and consumers want to understand how it can fit into their everyday lives before making a decision,” Karanja said.

He added that the company aims to make the technology journey easier by providing an environment where customers can experience Samsung products first-hand, receive expert guidance and identify solutions suited to their individual needs.

Beyond everyday retail, the store will host product launches, demonstrations, workshops and community experiences, giving customers opportunities to learn about new Samsung technologies.

The opening further strengthens Megahub Connect’s partnership with Samsung while bringing the brand’s latest innovations closer to consumers in Nairobi. The store is now open and serves technology enthusiasts, professionals, businesses and everyday consumers seeking Samsung products, demonstrations and support in the CBD.
