Tanqueray Unveils Showtime Cultural Platform in Kenya
Tanqueray, the world’s leading premium gin brand, has officially announced the Kenyan debut of its dynamic cultural platform, Showtime, with a launch event scheduled for 7th December 2025 at the Karen Blixen Coffee Garden and Cottages.
Showtime is designed to redefine how consumers engage with contemporary culture by blending lifestyle gastronomy, fashion, mixology, and sustainability into immersive experiences.
The platform aims to spotlight Kenya’s creative community through curated showcases that celebrate innovation and artistry.
“With Showtime, Tanqueray will create a space where consumers will get immersed in premium experiences. Our goal is to collaborate with Kenyan creatives to offer elevated experiences that inspire and transform everyday moments,” said Nancy Nansikombi, Tanqueray Brand Manager East Africa (EABL).
The inaugural event will feature a bespoke culinary series curated by Karen Blixen’s Head Chef Cosmas Kituku, alongside fashion presentations from Itikadi Fashion House and Hawi Ready to Wear. Guests will also experience Tanqueray’s signature cocktail artistry, brought to life through sustainable luxury practices.
The launch marks the start of a series of Showtime experiences set to unfold across the country in the coming months. Each edition will explore the evolving intersection of fashion, gastronomy, and mixology, positioning Showtime as a significant cultural moment in Kenya’s lifestyle and entertainment scene.
