SanlamAllianz Life Insurance Kenya has unveiled Flexi Future Plus, a new savings and life insurance solution designed to help Kenyans achieve long-term financial goals while providing financial protection against life’s uncertainties.
The goal-based endowment plan enables customers to save towards key milestones such as education, retirement, home ownership and other future financial needs. The product combines guaranteed maturity benefits with life insurance cover, offering customers an opportunity to grow their savings while safeguarding their families.
Flexi Future Plus allows policyholders to choose a savings period ranging from five to 17 years and make contributions through regular or single premium payments. Upon maturity, customers can receive their benefits either as a lump sum or in up to three annual instalments, depending on their financial preferences.
The product also provides optional insurance benefits, including cover for critical illness, permanent disability, retrenchment and family protection, enabling customers to customise their policies based on their individual financial needs.
Speaking during the launch, Jacqueline Karasha, Chief Executive Officer of SanlamAllianz Life Insurance Kenya, said the solution was developed to address the growing demand for practical and reliable long-term savings options.
“Many people have financial goals but need a simple and reliable way to achieve them. Flexi Future Plus gives our customers the flexibility to save at their own pace while enjoying the security of guaranteed benefits and insurance protection. Whether someone is saving for their child’s education, planning for retirement or working towards another important milestone, this solution helps them build wealth with confidence while protecting what matters most,” she said.
Karasha noted that the new product responds to increasing demand from Kenyans seeking accessible savings and investment solutions that also provide financial security. She added that the guaranteed maturity benefits and flexible policy features are designed to help customers adapt their financial plans as their circumstances evolve.
SanlamAllianz Kenya Group Chief Executive Officer Dr. Patrick Nyamemba Tumbo said the launch reflects the company’s commitment to expanding access to innovative financial solutions across the country.
“At SanlamAllianz, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to build lasting financial security. Flexi Future Plus is another example of how we are developing solutions that empower individuals and families to achieve their financial aspirations with confidence. By combining wealth creation with financial protection, we are helping our customers prepare for tomorrow while navigating today’s realities,” he said.
In addition to guaranteed returns at maturity, Flexi Future Plus offers several value-added features, including premium payment discounts for customers who choose non-monthly payment options, premium holidays, access to policy loans and the flexibility to adjust policy benefits over time. Qualifying policies are also eligible for tax relief, making the solution more attractive for long-term financial planning.
The launch comes as insurers continue to introduce products that encourage savings while enhancing financial resilience among individuals and families. By integrating wealth creation with insurance protection, SanlamAllianz aims to support customers in building sustainable financial security and achieving their long-term aspirations.
