NCBA Bank in collaboration with The Macallan and Sandstorm Africa, presented an exclusive lifestyle experience to its Platinum Banking and Investment Bank clients at the Almanara Hotel, Diani.
On October 31, the tailored event attracted affluent individuals (HNWIs) from the Coast region for an evening of craft, culture, and finance.
This is part of NCBA’s continuous strategy to enhance the relationship with premium clients through curated experiences that blend luxury with financial insight.
The Macallan experience was a perfect setting for guests to discuss wealth management, receive personalized financial solutions, and indulge in exclusive networking.
Besides that, the event served as the formal presentation of Kilonzo Muathi, Managing Director of NCBA Investment Bank, to the bank’s coastal clients.
“We understand that today’s demanding clientele do not only want luxurious experiences, such experiences, among other things, characterize the client’s identity, provide access to, and a sense of belonging,” explained Muathi. “For us, clients means access to exclusive events and deep conversations that are instrumental in not only their personal finances but also lifestyles.”
Sandstorm Africa, the master of fine leather goods, was responsible for making the evening more memorable through authentic Kenyan artwork and craftsmanship.
The CEO Shem Opiyo shared that the partnership mirrored their brand’s belief that “luxury is not only about the products — it is about the stories, the relationships, and the shared love of items that are intentionally made.”
Guests were indulged in a multi-layered experience complete with whisky pairing, signature cocktails, and artisan gifting. The occasion was a perfect example of NCBA’s initiative in building lifestyle experiences that are beyond banking and which blend financial empowerment with a refined living.
NCBA Bank is bent on organizing more such exclusive engagements in different parts of the country and thus they have invited eligible clients to make a request of their relationship managers if they would wish to participate in such events in the future.
