Sidian Bank Kenya Limited has officially unveiled its newly relocated Kitui branch, reinforcing its commitment to delivering a modern, customer-centric banking experience in the region. The Tier 3 bank has moved its operations from Mutoto Plaza on Kilungya Street to the strategically located Telyndo Building along Biashara Street in Kitui town.

The relocation is part of the bank’s broader expansion strategy aimed at enhancing accessibility and deepening its presence in key markets across Kenya. It also aligns with Sidian Bank’s refreshed brand identity, which emphasizes innovation, convenience, and superior service delivery.

Speaking during the launch, Sidian Bank CEO Chege Thumbi noted that the new branch offers a more accessible and modern banking environment designed to meet the evolving needs of customers in the Eastern region.

“We are excited to welcome our customers to our new and improved location in Kitui. This relocation offers our clients a refreshed banking experience in a more accessible and convenient location,” said Thumbi. “Our commitment remains the same—to provide exceptional financial solutions that support businesses and individuals in the region.”

Sidian Bank has been widely recognized for its strong focus on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), a commitment deeply rooted in its value proposition as the “Home of Biashara Banking.” The new Kitui branch is expected to strengthen this agenda by offering improved services tailored to entrepreneurs, traders, and contractors.

At the heart of this SME-centered strategy is the bank’s flagship product, Trade Finance, which provides customized financial solutions to help businesses grow and succeed. By relocating to a more central and visible location, the bank aims to make these services more accessible to a wider customer base in Kitui and the surrounding areas.

The newly relocated branch will continue to offer the bank’s full range of services, including personalized banking solutions, now delivered in a contemporary setting designed to enhance the overall customer experience.

With this strategic move, Sidian Bank continues to solidify its role as a key player in Kenya’s banking sector, particularly in supporting the growth of SMEs and improving financial inclusion across the country.
