Citi Hoppa has expanded its transportation solutions with the addition of 24 new Isuzu NQR buses to its fleet

City Hopper, Nairobi’s prominent commuter service, has unveiled 24 new Isuzu NQR buses as part of its fleet expansion, marking a significant investment of KSh175 million. The new fleet, named “G20 Design,” celebrates the company’s 20 years of service since its inception in 2004.

The launch event took place at TMD Ruaka, where City Hopper’s Operations Director, Githaiga Weru, highlighted the company’s commitment to modernizing its fleet and improving passenger experiences. The new Isuzu NQR buses, each with a seating capacity of 33, will offer a free ride to commuters traveling from Kencom Stage in Nairobi CBD to various destinations, including Kawangware, Kenyatta, and Ngumo.
