Christopher Khaemba, Co-Founder and Director of Nova Pioneer, has been shortlisted as a finalist for the Africa Education Medal 2024, a prestigious award founded by T4 Education and HP. This accolade is Africa’s highest honor in education, recognizing exceptional contributions to transforming educational landscapes across the continent.

The Africa Education Medal celebrates individuals who have shown remarkable impact, leadership, and advocacy in education. Khaemba’s work through Nova Pioneer, a pan-African school network focused on nurturing innovators and leaders, has reached 20,000 students and 2,000 teachers, establishing benchmarks in African education.

The winner of this year’s award will be invited to the World Schools Summit in Dubai on November 23-24, 2024. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to nominate a school to join T4 Education’s Best School to Work programme, which aims to enhance school environments to attract and retain top educators.
