Dr. Kariuki also emphasized the impact of digital advancements on land processes. “The Government has helped us a lot by digitizing most processes in the land adjudication and subdivision process. Unlike the old days when a search used to take three days or more, nowadays you just have to do a search online and buy the piece of land. We are requesting the Government to expedite the ArdhiSasa program even to the counties where the program is yet to reach so as to make the land processes flawless, seamless, and fast,” he added.
