The 2025 edition of Tusker Oktobafest, Kenya’s ultimate beer and culture festival, came to a spectacular close this past weekend with an electrifying grand finale at Attela Beach Resort in Kisumu.

The final stop of the nationwide tour was a huge turnout of a night packed with music, beer, and vibrant cultural expression at which thousands of revellers showed up.

With the tour wrapping up in Kisumu, the celebration was aptly named the Lake Edition, which came after the tour had already excited the fans in Nairobi, Eldoret, Mombasa, and Nanyuki.

The beautiful Attela Beach Resort was completely converted into a party centre with amazing lights and music, and the good vibes were on full display with an unbelievable fusion of Kenyan talent and entertainment.

Music lovers were treated to an all-star lineup featuring celebrated artists Bensoul, Fathermoh, and Harry Craze, who delivered crowd-favorite performances that kept the energy soaring.

The top four DJs Gordo, Ves, Daffy, and Dimore kept the night on party mode with their sizzling music, while the energetic hosting duo MC Gogo and Hype Amollo made sure the night was nothing less than a legend.

MC Gogo got the party started with a dynamic opening act that really got the crowd excited, and then Harry Craze followed suit with a high-spirited set that saw the audience singing and dancing along.

Adding to the excitement was a surprise performance by Fathermoh as the duo performed their hits. The night culminated with an emotionally stirring performance from Bensoul, leaving the party-goers wanting more.

Commenting on the spectacular success of the final leg, Brigid Wambua, Senior Brand Manager for Tusker, said, “We set out to reach as many consumers as possible with the Oktobafest experience this year and we have successfully done that.

Oktobafest exists to provide a platform for the celebration of Kenyan beer and culture every year. We have enjoyed the enthusiasm and support of our consumers and partners across the regions and Kisumu has delivered a truly exceptional finale to our nationwide festival.”

The 2025 edition, which launched in September, marked the sixth year of the iconic festival and introduced an expanded, countrywide experience celebrating Kenyan beer, music, and culture.

The regional editions included:

Nairobi Edition: October 4th at Carnivore Grounds
Rift Edition: October 11th at Baniyas, Eldoret
Coast Edition: November 1st at Big Tree, Mombasa
Mountain Edition: November 1st at The Stinger Lounge, Nanyuki

Besides the main regional events, more than 200 on-trade activations took place across the nation to give beer lovers the chance to grab flash sales and discounts on a variety of Kenya Breweries Limited (KBL) products through ke.thebar.com and partner e-commerce platforms.

Tusker extends its deepest gratitude to all consumers, talent, and partners who made the nationwide Tusker Oktobafest tour and its Kisumu Grand Finale an overwhelming success, reaffirming its dedication to celebrating Kenyan music, beer and culture across every region of the country.
